Fonctions
Description:
The M&E Officer will work within to fully support the AKSYON program. S/he will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating AKSYON interventions as programmed in the annual action plan and in the PMP.
S/he will be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators to report and record physical progress for AKSYON.
S/he also contributes to regular project progress reports and will collaborate with the COP to prepare monthly, quarterly and final narrative reports.
Responsibilities:
Collaborates with the M and E advisor to:
· Assess and report on organizational and performance gaps within AKSYON
· Implement key performance indicators (KPI) and deliverables for AKSYON and monitor them throughout the duration of the project
· Analyze indicators and performance, evaluate information and make recommendations.
· Clarify the core information needs of management and provide relevant and timely information to the program managers
· Implement and participate in AKSYON progress evaluation, survey and program follow up in order to advise and recommend tools and strategies to increase program performances and results.
· Document the lessons learned and best practices within AKSYON.
Qualifications Requises
Qualifications and Experience*
· Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Information Management, Project Management, or other relevant academic background (essential),
· At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Monitoring and Evaluation (essential),
· Capacity to produce high-quality briefs and reports in Creole, French and English.
Skills
· Strong quantitative skills.
· Good level of proficiency in Excel
· Common use of statistical software
· English – French-- Creole (desirable).
· Experience in a non-governmental organization or in the United Nations (desirable).
