M&E Coordinators are responsible for reporting program data for a public health program based in the South.
Qualifications Requises
• Graduate of university program, preferably in mathematics, statistics, health or a related field
• At least two years of progressively responsible work experience
• Experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning activities
• Experience in health field is a plus
• Passion for caring for the health of the greater community
• Strong computer skills, including Internet and email, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, databases, and statistical software packages
• Ability to work independently and in teams to solve problems with creativity and resourcefulness; Work planning and resource management
• Understanding of training methodologies, including leading group trainings and one-on-one coaching
• Effective communication and working in diverse teams
• Ability to work under pressure of strict deadlines
• Ability to travel regionally for most of the work week
• Independence; Ability to structure and plan work activities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and Haitian Kreyòl
• Communication skill in English is a plus
• Compliance with organizational and administrative requirements
• Willingness to learn and grow
