SENIOR SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

This senior administrator leads the design, administration, and support of server based systems infrastructure for Compassion
as well as field offices and partner countries. The specialist further develops other infrastructure systems support such as
network support, server support, resource management, and disaster recovery. At this career level, the incumbent leads or
conducts major, complex system administration projects and initiatives for multiple countries. Further, she or he often
coaches and oversees the work of other administrators and related staff.

mature Christian person based on evangelical Christian values.
• 10 years of professional experience working in system administration or similar field.
• Strong skills and experience(s) with team leadership
• Has led efforts to implement technology products in medium to large sized organizations
• Excellent communication skills, spoken and written, in both Spanish and English
• Can solve complex problems and identify creative solutions
• Experience and skills working with and collaborating well across different cultures/time zones

The incumbent should be based in any of our LAC Region countries.
