The Business Trainer will be responsible for the recruitment, management, delivery, and facilitation of the mentorship program. He/She should be self-motivated, highly disciplined, pastoral, and relational with the ability to communicate effectively to Haitian business leaders and North Americans. This job requires a great deal of attention to detail and communication to manage the logistics and timelines of the program.

1. Complete training from the Chapel & PWW in order to be certified to teach the 12 week program.
2. Represent the business training program to local villages advertising and collecting preliminary information on prospective mentees.
3. Initiate meetings with local businessmen with NA business mentors for prospective assessments.
4. Train 10-12 business mentees through the 12-week training program.
5. Coordination of all details for quarterly trips from the Chapel to MOH to meet with mentees and conduct training seminars (including housing, transportation, schedules, interpreters, etc.)
6. Translation services for communication between mentees and mentors in between trips.
7. On-going communication with the mentees throughout the durations of the program.
8. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor

• Excellent communicator, bi-lingual (French and English), with the ability to present, speak, and communicate to large groups of people
• Relationally connected and well respected amongst the local villages, with a desire to lead pastorally through business training.
• Have basic computer skills in Word, Excel, Mail, Calendar and Project Management tools.
• A self-motivator, with a capacity/desire to read, learn and understand how business operations function.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a similar position
• Bachelor degree in a field related to Sciences Administrative, Education, Project Management, Economic Science.
