We are looking for a female candidate to manage a life skills training program for women in the garment sector of Haiti. This program is one of several programs that we run, however it is the newest in a group of robust programs that include:
Herhealth training (internationally recognized program ongoing since 2014)
High School Completion Program for adult workers during the evening (ongoing since 2015)
Literacy and Communication for deaf workers during the evening (ongoing since 2016)
Cancer Screening for female workers during their work day (Completed Jan 2019 - 4000+ women screened in 18 months)
Factory Clinic Improvement Program (ongoing since 20116)
Gap PACE program (launched in 2018)

Qualifications Requises
- Educational background in the social science and/or education with a focus in education, gender studies, or women's studies
- someone who is both culturally and linguistically fluent in Haitian Kreyol and English with preference given to a Haitian national.
- Life experience in the United States or Canada.
- University degree from an American university.
- Highly advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and be familiar with a publishing software.

We seek someone who is mature in their career, as they will be leading a team of 8 - 15 trainers, interfacing with factory owners, and all levels of management personnel.
