Introduction
JOB PURPOSE
Provide leadership, strategic direction, and support in the development and implementation of LWI projects in Haiti. Be accountable for all of aspects of LWI’s work in the country. Communicate the Gospel of Jesus Christ by “providing a cup of water in Jesus’ name”.

Fonctions
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement the office strategy according to LWI strategic processes and operating standards.
• Elaborate and execute an annual operating plan against which all program activities are measured.
• Establish collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate efficient operations and the implementation of the program of Living Water.
• Ensure alignment of key support functions (e.g. Finance & Admin, etc.) with the directions of the headquarter.
• Manage grant(s) implementation plan and budget as outlined in proposal; ensure donor, financial, and internal reporting requirements are met.
• Be fully accountable at country level for emergency and risk management, develop and implement a plan and ensure staff awareness and compliance.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and support for team to improve in key identified growth areas through regular monitoring of performance plans.
• Model a high standard of personal Christian leadership, ministry and integrity though lifestyle and work relationships, and provide spiritual guidance to staff on LWI’s mission and core values.
Qualifications Requises
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor degree in management, or international development or relevant field.
• At least 10 years’ experience in a leadership/senior management position.
• Proven leadership skills and experiences in running an office.
• Substantial business acumen in general management, financial management and operations with experience in the field of community development (WASH sector is preferred).
• Knowledge of best practices in both national and international WASH strategies.
• Highly proficient in French and English, Spanish will be a plus.
• Flexibility to travel internally and regionally up to 35 percent of the time.
