CMMB is poised to add additional talented professionals to the existing staff in Port-Au-Prince. Currently, the organization is seeking a Strategic Information Officer for its ALESIDA project
Fonctions
• Assist the Strategic Information Advisor (SIA) in coordinating all monitoring and evaluation activities for HIV care and treatment project(s).
• Ensure that all ALESIDA partner sites post monthly their reports on MESI (VCT reports, PMTCT reports, prenatal reports, TB reports)
• Conduct at least one field visit per quarter to validate the reports posted on MESI and those sent to the CMMB central office for DATIM and in each SIDALE
• Supervise and coordinate the collection of accurate monitoring reports from the health facilities (monthly, quarterly, semiannual and annually) on all required indicators.
• Provide routine feedback on key outcome indicators to health facilities and senior management team.
• Provide technical assistance to promote monitoring and evaluation strategies to facilitate data usage and ownership in a manner that enhances the program and promotes sustainability.
• Work with the SI team and LPTFs to design and review data analysis for all program areas which goes beyond routine quarterly performance tracking to help identify problems and opportunities to improve program performance.
Qualifications Requises
• License in Statistics, Computers sciences, economics, or any other related field
• Minimum of 3 year- experience managing HIV program data
• Mastery of the current platforms used to report HIV AIDS data
• Fluency in French and professional level in English
• Strong computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, SPSS, Epi-Info)
