Chemonics International, an equal opportunity employer, is seeking an IT Software Engineer and an IT System Administrator for the USAID-funded Integrated Financial Management System (IFMS) Project.
Fonctions
IT Software Engineer
Ensure the deployment of the SIGRH software and manage the SIGRH database
Test, identify and deal with potential malfunctions of SIGRH.
Analyze test results and write test reports.
Migrate data from various sources including relational databases and Word, Excel files to the SIGRH database.
Assist users of pilot institutions in the use of SIGRH and provide training to SIGRH users.
Design and deliver training, mentoring and capacity building for OMRH's IT staff
Qualifications Requises
A bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field required.
A minimum of 4 years of work experience in a similar capacity.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and managerial skills.
French written and oral fluency required and English fluency preferred.
Mastery of technical infrastructure software including operating systems highly preferred (UNIX, LINUX, Windows ...).
Good knowledge of Information System development methods especially agile methods.
Good knowledge of object-oriented languages and software quality testing methods.
Experience in the implementation of Web services.
Knowledge of Oracle databases, SQLServer.
Solid general IT knowledge related to main languages and development tools
