LIVING WATER INTERNATIONAL - HAITI, a Christian organization specializing in the field of WASH, demonstrates God's love by helping vulnerable communities to have drinking water, and especially through evangelism, seeks a Church Mobilization and Gospel Proclamation(CM&GP) Coordinator for drilling activities and rehabilitation of wells.
JOB PURPOSE
The CM&GP Coordinator will Develop, Implement and monitor the Church Mobilization and Gospel Proclamation Strategy of LWI Haiti Office by reinforcing and supporting network of local churches in the practice of integral mission and the implementation of actions for community transformation. Develop and integrate initiatives that nurture the spiritual formation of Staff.

Fonctions
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Supports the Country Director/Program Manager in the development of a multi-year Church Mobilization and Gospel Proclamation (CM&GP) Strategy.
2. Leads the design and implementation of the church engagement and disciple making strategies.
3. Assess the presence of local churches (Christian Congregations) in communities and develop a strategy to mobilize those interested to play a key role in Community programs.
4. Develop guidelines and tools to support local churches to establish network / partnerships
5. Develop and maintain relationships/partnerships with national church leaders and churches/ institutions that contribute to spiritual and social/community transformation.
6. Coordinates and oversee the CM&GP Facilitators activities.
7. Collaborates with Living Water partners to learn from and share project experience with Integral Mission and working with local churches
8. LWI and local compliance statutory reporting is completed on time by preparing a weekly work plan and monthly report detailing the outcomes of CM&GP activities reviewed and approved by supervisor.
9. Assess the effectiveness of the CM&GP strategy by giving a follow up and support on the needs presented on the strategy implementation.
10. Assure that LWI Quality standards are being followed for all CM&GP activities
11. Develop and implement a spiritual development plan for staff to promote staff spiritual growth
12. Develop a Christian counseling plan to bring Christian orientation and/or discipleship to employees guiding them on the spiritual matters.
13. Prepare, coordinate and lead devotional/spiritual meetings with the staff to share the Word of God and create a Christian fellowship environment in the country office
14. Work with the Program Manager, HR Manager and WPA Coordinator to build capacity, stablish local church networks, and develop best practices
Qualifications Requises
MINIMUM EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
1.Education/Credential
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree Theology or social careers with theology Studies or relevant field of studies.
• Trained on Integral Mission Theology and practice
2.Experience/Qualifications
• Proven experience working with churches or Christian organizations to develop strategic missions
• Good practice in social mobilization of churches
• Proven experience in working with ecclesial communities of different denominations.
• Servant / spiritual leadership training
• Four of more years’ experience in Church Mobilization position in NGO’s, preferable
• Aware of different methods to share the gospel
• Microsoft Management Skills as Word, Excel and Power Point
• Oral / written Communication and Presentation skills
• Advanced English level skills
• Ability to travel
