Sustainability Ventures S.A. (SVSA), formerly known as Ayiti Nexus is a development firm focusing on impact-driven solutions using creative methods in the development sector. SVSA is leading communications and branding efforts for a project through April 2022, with an opportunity to support the project over the span of its four years. To implement the contract SVSA is curating a team of talented professionals to deliver on impact and demonstrate the power of brand development and strategic communications in the development sector. Afier completing an in-depth branding and communication strategy process the communications team will put the strategy document into action and guide the client on all communication aspects. The SVSA communications team will lead all related activities, develop and implement communication training workshops, tools, manage social media, and coordinate logistics of select events. A dynamic project with a small, yet knowledgeable team of financial specialists, SVSA seeks to provide a high standard of guidance and advise the client on how best to achieve goals outlined in the strategy documents within the confines of the USAID development structure.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with the communications and project manager to develop visual material
- Collaborate closely with the team and provide sketches in stages on conceptual pieces
- Design publications for dissemination
- Design the project communication materials
- Design and develop marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, infographics, etc
- Create designs that communicate the project’s vision, mission, and work
- Edit existing images of the project in impactful and effective ways
- Proactively suggest new ways the team can use graphics more effectively, and create more intricate visual concepts
- Strong understanding of USAID branding requirements and ability to assess and advise on branding and marking from a design perspective.
- Draft templates for project use
