Fonctions

3 years of experience as a maintenance coordinator or similar positions in the food area (desirable).
Manage the Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Programs of the site

Build Talent and Team
Review together with the SHE team of the site all the risk analyzes and PARs corresponding to the position of machine safety and Electrical Safety. Work permits, support for improvement activities etc. Compliance with national regulations and unilever standards Point of contact with Authorities and government agencies related to the various issues of the department
Creation of budgets and correct execution. Management of human resources (technical) and materials (refractions, services and fixed assets). Selection of appropriate spare parts, ensuring availability and management of purchases of Spare Parts. Management of services and outsourced repairs.
Reach department indicators: Line efficiency, average repair time, average time between failures, equipment failures, R & M / TON cost, card closing and generation of reports.
Provide support for the scope of the relevant safety and environment metrics: CO2, water consumption / TON, Energy / TON, waste and overweight, risk analysis, PAR Machine Safety, electrical safety, work permits.
Analysis of failure and root cause, creation of improvement plans to avoid recurrences. Give physical and intellectual support in high priority repairs. Propose continuous improvement projects for the areas of SHE, Production and quality.
Audit compliance with the different processes of the department and develop the means to eliminate the non-conformities found. Prepare and organize internal and external follow-up meetings to present the department's results.
Guarantee hygiene conditions and good manufacturing practices.


Qualifications réquises

"Knowledge of the Haitian Legislation in terms of Safety and Hygiene and the Environment (mandatory).
• Preparation and development of programs, procedures, instructions and manuals (mandatory).
Industrial Mechanics, Electrical Controls, PLC, Industrial Electricity, pneumatics, Hydraulics, HVAC, Office Package, computer-aided design systems.
• Basic administration (Required)
