Private company is looking for a Plumbing & Civil Work Coordinator

1. Handles the Fuel Lines and Civil Works related issues and making sure to rectify them.
2. Handles Plumbing Team schedules and dispatching.
3. Manage contractors engaged in Fuel Lines and Civil Works Repairs.
4. Controls the cost of the team and the projects.
5. Coordinates, communicates and responds to Digicel for all Fuel Related mails and issues.
6. Participates in internal company meetings and customer meetings when required.
7. Takes care of all the required Reports related to Fuel Issues and Civil Works on site.
8. Follow up Major Fuel Leaks for quick repair by the Power team and propose permanent repair of the Fuel Lines.
9. Provide proposal and Quote to rectify Fuel Leaks and Rectify Fuel Lines back to normal status.
10. Review Completion Reports and making sure that the job is according to acceptable standards.
11. Monitors and tracks materials used and recovered from site and return to TP WH.
12. Review quality works done by Technicians and contractors.
13. Maintains a good tracker of all the activities and status of the Fuel Lines of each site.
14. Propose additional projects for the team such as Gate Repair, Shelter Door Repair, Fuel Tank Cleaning and Painting, etc.
15. Perform other task that may be required by the company related to the Fuel Lines and Civil Works on site.

1. Graduate of any Civil Works and/or Plumbing Related courses.
2. Have at least 2 years of strong experience working on the Piping/Plumbing or other related works in construction or civil works.
3. Have a strong background managing and supervising the teams.
4. Have good interpersonal skills and strong personality to manage and challenge the technicians on the ground.
5. Speaks and communicates in writing good English.
