• Manages relationships with the union, including but not limited to union grievances, collective bargaining agreement negotiations, arbitrations and mediations
• Works with factory HR managers and Advise them on all HR and legal issues
• Monitor and supervise overall procedures of Human resource Management(HRM)
Qualifications réquises
• 10 years + in related field. (Minimum
• Excellent leadership skills, written and oral communication skills(in English or in Spanish, both are recommendable) and planning and organizational skills
• Work experience in foreign culture or with foreign members.
• Knowledge on Labor law and related laws
• Habitant in North East or North
