Diagnostico de la situacion actual del desarrollo local del municipio de San Cristobal, Pinar del Río, Cuba para el periodo 2000-2005Resumen En la investigación científica la autora centra su atención en determinar las variables más significativas para la evaluación eficiente y eficaz del desarrollo local en el municipio San Cristóbal. La tesis se desarrolla en dos capítulos, en el primero se abordan cuestiones teóricas tales como: Principales concepciones y corrientes de pensamiento en la gestión del desarrollo sostenible, desarrollo sustentable o sostenible, el desarrollo local, su contexto, algunas experiencias de desarrollo local en el contexto internacional y cubano, y por último se analizan la relación entre crecimiento económico y desarrollo local. En el segundo capitulo, se realiza el diagnóstico del desarrollo local en el municipio estudiado, permitiendo la caracterización del mismo establecer los principales problemas que inciden en el desarrollo local municipal. Al mismo tiempo se determinan las variables claves a partir del análisis estructural, específicamente el MICMAC, junto al trabajo de los expertos, lo que garantiza obtener un resultado científicamente fundamentado. Por otro lado se calcula el índice de desarrollo municipal lo que permite afirmar que para los años estudiados el municipio está próximo a estabilizar un nivel de desarrollo medio. Summary In the scientific investigation the author centers her attention in determining the most significant variables for the efficient and effective evaluation of the local development in the municipality San Cristóbal. The thesis is developed in two chapters, in the first one such theoretical questions are approached as: Main conceptions and thought currents in the administration of the sustainable development, develop sustainable or sustainable, the local development and their context, some experiences of local development in the international and Cuban context, and lastly analyze the relationship between economic growth and local development. In the second, is carried out the diagnosis of the local development in the studied municipality, allowing the characterization of the same one, to determine the main problems that impact in the municipal local development. At the same time the key variables are determined starting from the structural analysis, specifically the MICMAC, next to the work of the experts, what guarantees to obtain a scientifically based result. On the other hand the index of municipal development that is calculated that allows to affirm that for the studied years the municipality is next to stabilize a level of half development. Fichier:
