Introduction

Dear Sir or Madam,
Chemonics International Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Chemonics”), under the Integrated Financial Management System (IFMS) Project, USAID Contract No.
AID-OAA-I-12-00035 is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a training course on CISCO Routing and Switching . The attached RFP contains all the necessary information for interested Offerors.


Description de taches

The IFMS project is seeking to train the MEF Network administrators and technical users. After the training, they will be able to configure, maintain, and overcome issues with networking apparatus.
They will administer day-to-day operations of the IFMS network, provide integrated team support and maintenance of Cisco equipment and ensure integrity of the equipment.

Remarques contact

Chemonics realizes that Offerors may have additional questions after reading this RFP. In response, Chemonics is planning to have questions about this RFP answered, and to learn more about the proposal and subcontracting process. Interested Offerors can submit their questions to Esther Erié Bonté according to the instructions in 1.8 of the RFP. If necessary, Chemonics will provide answers to all relevant questions received in an amendment that will be emailed directly to offerors who will have registered with Esther Erié Bonté.

Autres remarques

This RFP does not obligate Chemonics to execute a subcontract nor does it commit Chemonics to pay any costs incurred in the preparation and submission of the proposals. Furthermore, Chemonics reserves the right to reject any and all offers, if such action is considered to be in the best interest of Chemonics.
