Introduction
The American Red Cross (ARC) kindly request you submit a quotation for supply and installation of the Solar Powered Street Lights for communities situated within Carrefour Feuille.

The scope of works for this contract shall include the following;
• Supply, commissioning and Installation of 62 Solar Powered street
• light with Lithium Ion 130Wp solar and 75Ah battery module – Use S Series Si-Fe Battery Module as shown in Annex or similar
• 40 W LED light that provides 110 lumens/watt
• 7.5 Meter direct burial type Post – post to be painted dark green (to be approved by ARC prior to installation)
• Include site survey and identification of lighting location with designated ARC representative
• 4 years warranty period,
• Maintenance and documentation
• Identifying and branding plate
• As built AutoCAD file showing location of all lights to be provided at the completion of the contract
Qualifications réquises
Compétences et qualifications requises :
Suppliers with significant expertise in sales, installation and maintenance of Solar Powered Lights are encouraged to apply.
Only eligible vendors shall be considered for award of any purchase order or contract. Eligible vendors shall meet the following minimum qualifying criteria:
a. Registered to legally operate in Haiti; and or capable to export to Haiti
b. Demonstrated experience in importing, exporting selling, shipping, representing, and maintaining such goods.
c. Certified to distribute, sell, manufacture, and or represent such goods in Haiti
