The Evaluation and Survey Services Plus (ESS+) Activity is seeking interest and ideas from local organizations to provide data collection services to support USAID/Haiti Baseline Study for the Integrated Health Service Delivery (IHSD) Activity.

The main purpose of this Baseline Study for the Integrated Health Service Delivery (IHSD) Activity is to provide an assessment of the current status of key indicators and determine baseline values of the two USG funded health service delivery awards against its objectives and serve as a point of comparison with indicators that will be collected in the future endline evaluation. The findings of the baseline survey will be used to inform program implementation, specifically baseline status of the selected program indicators, which can then be used to measure change in these indicators over time.
