Introduction
Population Services International and its affiliated organization wish to procure the services of a locally-based public accounting firm to perform annual independent audits of statements of financial and inventory condition for OHMaSS, for each of the coming three years, starting from January 1st 2018 to December 31st 2018 following by January 1st 2019 to December 31st 2019 and January 1st 2020 to December 31st 2020.
It is PSI and its affiliate's intention to submit this request for audit services to more than one qualified accounting firm. Bidders are encouraged to respond with their best (lowest) price initially, as there may not be an opportunity to submit revised bids.

- Include a brief descrifption of your Firm and an outline in your experience on projects of similar nature.
- You should also provide information that will facilitate our evaluation of your Firm's substantive reliability to undertake projet of this nature.
- It is mandatory that the proposer's firm/Intitution should have at least Five (5) years of progressive experience on projects of similar nature.
