MAIN DUTIES and ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Working closely with the Beneficiary Communications Delegate and Haitian Red Cross
• Research and plan a weekly running order for the ½ hour to 1 hour long radio progranne
• Secure relevant and intersting guests for the radio show and draft suitable questions
• Plan, record and edit interviews for use as content on the show, including vox pops with people in camps, interviews with Red Cross volunteers and recordings from events
• Produce the weekly live show, including timings, jingles and pre-records
• Plan and produce outside broadcasts from camps and communities
• Provide training to other members of the beneficiary communications team including interview, editing and recording skills
• Assist in developing and maintaining good relations with other HRCS and IFRC departments and personnel
• Produce a weekly report on key issues discussed on each radio show

| Qualifications Requises |
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Qualification in Media or Communications
• Experience working in radio, including planning, recording and producing content
• Experience of TV production
• Experience of working for the Red Cross/Red Crescent or NGO’s preferred
• Understanding of two-way beneficiary communications
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Fluent in French and Creole, fluent in English is preferred
